MTL was contracted to perform NDT testing for Snells wastewater pipeline and outfall project.
Pipeline length: 2 km
Pipe dimensions: 1200mm x 32mm wall thickness.
We are performing a PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection) on all welds, 7 to 8 inspections per day.
Technique/ equipment used: SIUI SyncScan PAUT unit and a 5MHz 32 Element probe.
