We were contracted to check the compliance to NZ standards of a large lot of imported steel. Testing required mechanical (destructive) tensile and charpy testing and chemical analysis.
The 150 samples were tested in a very tight time frame to allow clearance of the shipment upon arrival in the country and to avoid delays to our customer.
Putting the right methodology and keeping a close communication with our customer resulted in delivering all test results and time and within budget.
Once again, we have proven that we have the capacity to deal with large orders and work with clients to accommodate even the toughest demands.
