This year we’ve been working together with a customer who is building a database to qualify and grade their bonding products.
A customized mechanical test is performed to evaluate the quality of the different bonds (glue) applied to different types of materials.
- Testing methodology, geometry of the test pieces and testing apparatus (when needed) were collaboratively designed with the client to make sure the test is effective and results are reliable for further data analysis.
- Samples were prepared and supplied ready to be tested to ensure consistency of the samples.
- Testing jigs were also developed as needed
For each test, raw data was sampled, captured and provided to our customer.
