Job: Crack inspection of access hire equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers & boom trucks
Location: Throughout Wanganui, Manawatu
Inspection Type: Eddy current inspection as a through coating flaw detecting method for surface breaking flaws e.i. cracking. This type of inspection allows the testing to be carried out without the client having to remove the paint saving time and money. If a flaw/crack is said to be picked up/noted or identified then the common practice procedure is to remove the paint and verify any potential discontinuities with MT.
